Dads & Lads at Caragh GFC is part of the GAA’s national initiative that offers men—typically aged 40 and above—an opportunity to enjoy Gaelic football in a fun, social, and non-competitive setting.

Whether you’re a former player, someone returning after time away, or completely new to the sport, this group is designed to encourage participation without the pressures of competition. Contact is minimal, and the focus is firmly on enjoyment, team spirit, and staying active.

It’s a great way to reconnect with Gaelic games and meet others in the local community in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
